Doctor Foster needs Nursery's help!

Nursery are really enjoying learning lots of new nursery rhymes as part of their topic this half term. On Thursday we received a special letter from Doctor Foster who asked us to help him find the best material to make a waterproof hat and coat. The material had to wipe dry after water had splashed on it, like in his rhyme:


Doctor Foster went to Gloucester in a shower of rain.
He stepped in a puddle, right up to his middle,
And never went there again!



We found that leather and rubber were the best materials for the job!
