Dear all,
As
you may or may not be aware, Year 6 recently completed a competition to
advertise the forthcoming visit of a special guest speaker, Neil Griffiths, to Chilcote Primary School. As always all the competition entries were outstanding. Look below to see a little taster of them - or hopefully you might catch the real life entries around the school.
Neil is an expert in English,
especially in the art of storytelling and reading aloud and he will be visiting Chilcote Primary School on the 15th
November 2017 to meet the children, conduct a staff meeting and hold a talk to parents (which everyone is invited to).
The event for the parents will begin at 2:35pm and conclude at
3:15pm. We would like as many people to attend as possible, as
this is an amazing event and doesn’t happen every day! At the end Neil will be selling books and, probably, signing them too! What else could you wish for?!
